I'm Betsy Port, an artist who discovered my signature technique—printing directly onto wood—while completing my internship in Graphic Communications at Lewis-Clark State College. What began as creative experimentation has evolved into a proprietary process that merges digital artistry with the natural beauty of wood grain.

Since founding Inland Northwest (INW4U) in 2015, I've created hundreds of custom designs, becoming recognized as "the artist who prints on wood" throughout the region. My work spans from intimate personal pieces to ambitious commissions, including a groundbreaking project for a prestigious client in British Columbia featuring crystal-clear blue epoxy resin that creates mesmerizing dimensional effects.

I exclusively select gorgeous wood species native to the Inland Northwest, applying UV-protected inks for lasting vibrancy. Each piece is complemented by handcrafted frames made from reclaimed timber sourced from local barns and historic buildings, adding another layer of story and character. As my techniques evolve to include innovations like precision CNC technology and LED integration, I remain committed to preserving the natural rawness and beauty of the wood.
