How long does it take to process an order?

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in the Inland Northwest, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. 

The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Personalized (custom) orders take 2-6 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Inland Northwest 4U inw4u.com is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Inland Northwest 4U inw4u.com is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should Inland Northwest 4U inw4u.com mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Inland Northwest 4U inw4u.com is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

TRACKING

If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK). I will also provide a Tracking # directly to you.

You will have to pay taxes and duties in your own county. This is extra and we have no control over it. Buy purchasing from the Inland Northwest 4U inw4u.com products, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect. Yet its all about our customers so we will go out of our way to guarantee a beautiful custom product 4U from the Inland Northwest.
